Frozen pineapple mimosas are refreshing and will cool you down this summer! To make things even better, we have also given below a kid-friendly version so that the kiddos get a tasty treat. So, without further delay, let us gather the necessary ingredients, shall we?

What you need:

  • 4 oz. of orange juice (We used freshly squeezed orange juice. You can use bottled juice too)
  • 4 oz. of champagne (Any type you prefer will work. It doesn't have to necessarily be expensive)
  • 4 oz. of pineapple mango juice
  • 2 oz. of coconut rum
  • ice - as desired - we used two scoops of it
  • A blender
  • sovereign champagne flutes
  • straws - we used the wavy red straws
  • 5 oz party cups for the kid-friendly version (optional)
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish (optional)
  • coconut flakes for garnish (optional)

Love frozen pineapple mimosas? Good news...You can make a kid friendly version for your little ones too! | www.smartyhadapartyshop.com

If you are ready with the ingredients, let's make the alcoholic version first.

Directions to follow (for the alcoholic version):

Step 1: Pour ice into the blender.

Step 2: Pour orange juice, champagne, pineapple mango juice, and coconut rum into the blender.

Step 3: Blend to your desired consistency.

Step 4: Pour the prepared mimosa into a carafe and let it cool in a refrigerator.

Step 5: Dip the rim of each glass into honey or corn syrup and sprinkle the coconut flakes along the rim of the glass.

Smarty Party Tip: You can put glasses upside down onto a plate and freeze them for a few minutes. This will help to keep the coconut flakes remain in place.

Step 6: Pour your frozen pineapple mimosas into your coconut-rimmed champagne flutes. Then add a straw, and enjoy!

Although we gave the recipe, we didn't provide the number of drinks you can serve, did we? So you can make four drinks with the quantities mentioned earlier.

The little ones will probably be jealous of your beautiful frozen pineapple mimosa, so it is always good to have an option for the kiddos. To make the kid-friendly version, pour orange juice, pineapple mango juice, and ice into the blender and blend. Your kids will feel extra special if you garnish their drink with coconut and a maraschino cherry. We usually use the 5 oz. party cups for the kids because they are petite. Just enough frozen pineapple drink to cool them down during the summer, but less sugar than a more significant size drink would have.

Refreshing Watermelon Mojito

Into your trusty blender, pour in four tablespoons of lime juice and one tablespoon of sugar. Then add the chopped flesh of two mini watermelons. Blend until smooth. You can put the mix through a sieve if you want. Next, add five to six fresh mint leaves, a few slices of thinly cut lime, and a bit of sugar into a pitcher, then muddle them together. After that, add the blended watermelons to the glass. Next, pour soda and mix. Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours before serving. You can also add ginger ale to the mix if you want.

Strawberries+Soda Mixed With Champagne, Perfection!

Blend frozen strawberries and sprite in a blender until smooth (you can use any lemon-lime soda). Then, pour the champagne and one cup of orange juice and lime juice each, and mix well. You can also stir in one cup of tequila for an extra kick! And serve. You can add ice to this drink, but we suggest using frozen fruits instead. Frozen fruit will not water down the drink while keeping your drink cool. Or you can cool the beverage in a refrigerator. Don't forget to add some thinly sliced lime or strawberries as garnish when serving!

Creamy and Cool Lemonade

Shall we make lemonade with a twist? Empty one can of condensed milk into the blender. Now pour one cup of water into the empty condensed milk can, swish around, and pour that mix into the blender. Add in one cup of water too. Then squeeze in about six to seven lime or lemon. Then blend away. If you like the drink on the sweeter side, add two to three tablespoons of sugar before blending. This drink is best served with ice!

Fruit Mix It Is!

Take a pitcher or a large bowl. Put sliced lime, lemon, strawberries, and mint leave into it. We also added some blueberries and raspberries into the mix. Next, pour in orange or pineapple juice. Can you add cranberry juice to this? Yes, you can if you prefer. Follow it with one bottle of sprite or any other lemon-lime soda. Add in the ice cubes and give it a mix. For our smarties who fancy the alcoholic version, add a bottle of vodka, folks!

Blueberry Mojito

Our sixth drink is one of our favorites because we can make it in a blink of an eye. Muddle together blueberry and thinly sliced lime. Add ice cubes and soda and give them a good stir. And enjoy while sitting under the sun.

Mango Vodka Cocktail

To make this yummy refreshing drink, you will need,

  • Four limes
  • Four lemons
  • Two cups of mango juice (we used fresh mango juice, you can use bottled juice too)
  • 16 oz. of vodka (depends on how strong you want the drink to be)
  • One cup of sprite (you can use any type of cooling lemon-lime soda)

Into a pitcher, add the lemon, lime, and mango juices. Give them a good mix. Then pour in the vodka and stir once again. Finally, mix in the lemon-lime soda and serve with ice. If you don't want your drink watered down, you can cool it in a refrigerator before serving it.
