Grilled Bacon Jalapeño Poppers

With only three ingredients, you'd be crazy not to whip up these grilled bacon jalapeño poppers for your tailgate. I am not a spicy food lover at all. In fact I usually stray away from it altogether, but the aroma that filled the air when we pulled these jalapeño poppers off the grill was enough to make anyone convert!

What you need:

  • 8 jalapeños
  • 1 package Cream cheese
  • 16 strips of Bacon

Directions:

  • Preheat grill for high heat
  • Cut jalapeños in half and remove the seeds
Smarty Tip: Avoid "jalapeño hands"! When you're cutting the jalapeños, don't touch the seeds or your face. The oils inside the jalapeño really burn!
  • Spread cream cheese in jalapeño halves
  • Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick
  • Throw those babies on the grill until they're nice and crispy
