Smarty's Thankful Tree Centerpiece
Looking for a cute activity to add to your Thanksgiving line-up? A Thankful Tree makes a fun centerpiece that's both interactive and meaningful. Let guests express their gratitude by writing down what they're thankful for and adding it to the tree before dinner. It's a great way to remember what Thanksgiving is all about.
What you need:
- colored card stock or construction paper - we used purple, brown and ivory to match our table
- string or ribbon
- scissors
- hole punch
- manzanita trees
- Cut leaf shapes out of card stock or paper and place on a pretty plate for guests to pick up. We used our lace plates.
- Punch a hole in the end of each leaf and tie string through it.
- Write your thanks on each leaf and hang on the tree branches to create a lovely display!
